Planning meals is
essential if you would like to prepare healthy meals regularly for your
family without the last-minute stress of figuring out “what’s for
dinner.” Meal planning is an
important part of running an organized household.
Knowing ahead of time what you will cook for a week will save you
a lot of time running to the store for various items.
It can also save you money because by planning ahead, you can
often get better deals (and you will be less likely to stop for fast
food or call for pizza delivery).
Homemade meals are less expensive than eating out, and it can be
a joy to prepare dinner for the family and eat together.![]()
If you don’t know where
to start and need some ideas, or if you don’t have time to do meal
planning – I have created meal plans which you may select and use for
your family if you would like.
Each week, there are five dinners listed.
This provides some time for leftover night(s), or other nights
off from cooking for various reasons.
The recipes for each of the meals are also listed (just click on
the meal to see the recipe). A
blank list is also available. It is a free printable shopping list with
various categories. Print one out to write down that ingredients you
will need for this week's meals, as well as other items you need at the
grocery store. Keep your
shopping list handy in the kitchen so you or your family members can
easily write down any items that are needed.
These meal lists,
recipes, and shopping lists are all provided to you for free!
I hope you enjoy them as much as my family has.
I welcome any feedback, comments, and suggestions.
