Bathroom Cabinets
Many bathrooms have a built-in cabinet under the sink or a free-standing cabinet or storage area. They can hold bathroom items such as towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, lotions, cosmetics, bath toys, etc.
If you have a cabinet or storage area in your bathroom, take a little
time today to tidy it up!
Step 1:
Take everything out.
Sort your items into categories.
Step 2:
Toss out any old or
unnecessary items. Only
keep items you will use! ![]()
Step 3:
Wipe down the
cabinet. If needed, line it
with contact paper or non-skid padding.
Step 4:
Put the items back neatly into sections.
If possible, use small baskets to hold similar items together.
For example, I use a small basket for keeping extra toilet paper
in and a medium-sized Rubbermaid container to hold bath toys.
Having baskets or containers to organize items keeps things in
order and prevents them from getting thrown together, so that you won’t
need to organize this space again!
When things have a specific place, it is easier to put them back.
Show your family the
newly organized space so they will know where to find things and how to
put items back into the right place!
